Now, whenever you face some difficulties, it's a normal human mentality to get tempted to seek advice and support from others. However, discussing your problems with others can often lead to unnecessary stress and drama. 


Instead, it's better to keep your problems to yourself and focus on finding solutions on your own. This allows you to maintain control over your situation, protects your relationships with others, and helps you to grow as a person. 


By maintaining privacy, you can focus on finding inner strength and resilience, and become more confident in your ability to handle difficult situations. So, if you're facing a problem, remember to keep it private and work on resolving it on your own.


2) Say ‘NO’ to Video Games like PUBG -


I must say that video games like PUBG etc., are the greatest fun factor and a superb engaging way to pass the time, but they can also become a source of distraction and a hindrance to personal growth. 


So, if you find yourself spending excessive amounts of time playing video games, it may be time to limit or stop your gaming habits. This can be a challenging process, but it's important to remember the benefits of cutting back on gaming, as it somehow increases productivity, improves mental health, and enhances relationships. 


By focusing your time and energy on other activities, such as exercise, reading, or spending time with friends and family, you can gain a new sense of purpose and fulfillment. 


So, let’s take the initiative and take control of your gaming habits, start by setting realistic goals and finding alternative activities to fill your time. Of course, with determination and effort, you can break the cycle of excessive gaming and live a more fulfilling life.


3) Stop Being a People Pleaser - 



We all have been a people pleaser at some stage in our life. Anyhow, it does take time for us to realize that we are among the most stupid people in the world being the same. 


But, what to do? Learning makes the person perfect, right!


However, being a people pleaser we all must have felt good in that particular moment, but after sometime this would have held us back from achieving our own goals to live a fulfilling life. Constantly putting the needs of others ahead of our own can lead to burnout, low self-esteem, and a loss of personal identity. 


Therefore, to see real-time improvement in life, it's essential to stop being a people pleaser and start putting ourselves first. This means setting healthy boundaries, saying 'NO' whenever there’s a need, and taking care of our own needs and wants. 


By focusing on ourselves and our own growth, we can develop a strong sense of self-worth and become more confident in our decisions and actions.

If you want to check your improvement level in your life, it's vital to remove or avoid negative people from your life. This can be difficult, especially if the negative individuals are close friends or family members, but it's necessary for your own well-being, at least you can try to avoid them and their interference in your life decisions. 


Instead, focus on building relationships with positive, supportive, and uplifting people who will encourage and inspire you to reach your goals and live a fulfilling life. Now, by surrounding yourself with positivity, you can improve your mental and emotional health, and become a more confident and self-assured person.
